INSTRUCTIONS TO OPT OUT — TEXT STOP
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Cohesive Confidence, LLC.
After you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed.
After that confirmation, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you later provide new express consent to opt in again.
Other recognized opt-out keywords may include CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, depending on the messaging provider.

SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND DEVICES

OPTING IN AGAIN

A previous opt-in will not automatically resume after you have opted out.
