How much do I need for a Down Payment?
The downpayment required for a home loan depends on the loan program and the type of property being purchased. Downpayment options range from 0% - 25%. Contact me to see which one is right for you!
How long does the mortgage process take?
Most loans will close in under 30 days. The activity in the real estate market can impact the turn times for lenders. Typically, contracts will have a financing requirement of 21 days, and closing in 30. Currently, I am able to close loans in 2 weeks.
When do I need to start working with a Mortgage Professional?

Copywriting is also offered, time permitting.

What is included in your group coaching programs?
Each program covers foundational strategies like personal identity alignment, visual branding, financial awareness, scalable business design, and the tools to build business forward. In our Group Coaching space, the group meets every other week at the designated time via virtual meeting where the work is discussed openly and creates more of a mastermind environment versus the one-on-one program that is private.
Do you offer virtual or in-person services?
Currently all services are offered virtually. In-Person services are eligible upon request if local to the DFW area, or willing to coordinate travel.
Do you offer workshops or events outside of coaching?
Yes! Subscribe to the e-mail list (monthly newsletter forthcoming) and follow along on social media. Christy is creating and adding workshops regularly.

Virtual Color Analysis
What is Virtual Color Analysis?
Virtual Color Analysis is a convenient, modern, remote service that reviews multiple elements of the client from a visual standpoint, as well as the service(s) provided in business in order to elevate the visual experience of clientele and industry with finesse and clarified confidence. This can be done for anyone, anywhere. Through virtual color analysis, we are able to leverage technology to provide elevated color guidance, taking the guesswork out of the overwhelm, keeping your color fun and fabulous.
As a certified color analyst, Christy will determine which colors best compliment your natural skin tone, hair color, eye color, and more.
The results of the color analysis will be presented in a Seasonal stream - Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. This isn't designed to exclude any color from your closet or brand kit, but to highlight and bring awareness to the colors that you wear and represent the best. Each season is a collection of colors that create harmony instead of conflict.
Why is color analysis important for my brand?
Color is emotional. There's a reason you see certain colors in certain brands and experiences. Your personal and brand appearance should work together. Using colors that resonate with your personal appearance, your business, and your ideal client can make your brand more memorable and aligned with your message. Imagine having increased client attraction so they come to you versus you having to do all the work. Also, have you ever complimented someone on a color they're wearing because they look amazing wearing it? This is why color analysis is important. The extension of confidence with color creates the cohesion.
Is Color Analysis included in your coaching packages?
Color Analysis is not included in any of the coaching programs, however, is offered as an extension of the Brand Strategy element of the premiere coaching program offered at Cohesive Confidence. Enrolled coaching clients are offered a discount on the virtual color analysis and can purchase separately with a coupon.
How does the virtual color analysis process work?
Simply book your session online. Once the purchase is completed, you will be prompted to schedule a video appointment with Christy where you will are able to ask any questions about your service and highlight any special needs, or specifics you would like for Christy to explore for you. as a certified color analyst, Christy will email guidelines and the service contract, including what photos are needed, what lighting to take them in, and what to wear in order to get a more confident result.
Once your analysis is complete, you'll receive an email with your results and a link to book a post-analysis zoom where we can go over your results together and explore the best ways for you to use color analysis in your business, brand, and natural beauty.
